When you provide your phone number and check the consent box on a form, you give prior express written consent for Scorpion Global Solutions LLC — and, for funding inquiries, our lending partner South End Capital — to contact you at that number by phone call, SMS/text, automatic telephone dialing systems, and prerecorded or AI-generated voice messages, even if your number is on a state or national Do Not Call list.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving funding.
- Message types: responses to your inquiry, audit and appointment updates, funding follow-ups, and occasional marketing.
- Frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message & data rates may apply.
- Opt out any time by replying STOP to a text, or HELP for help. You may also email us to be removed.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
